Upon discovering Bridal Cove, she was enchanted by the land's grand views and unspoiled wildlife habitat, as well as the clean, clear water flowing through the property in the New River. Her vision for Bridal Cove was to showcase and protect the land's majesty while offering desirable homesites for those eager to experience the High Country's splendor.
Ms. Abernathy assembled a team of first-class experts to design Bridal Cove with 100+ acres of designated conservation land and a handful of select homesites. She consulted with Audubon North Carolina and the High Country Conservancy to protect the land's scenic vistas, water quality and wildlife habitat.
