Unique Places combines a passion for land preservation with conservation expertise to create communities where people can live close to nature without compromising its ecological assets. Bridal Cove is a stellar example.
The High Country Conservancy will provide continuous stewardship for much of Bridal Cove's 190 acres, safeguarding its rugged beauty for future generations to enjoy. And large lot sizes, along with sustainable development practices and careful home design and placement, will keep the land’s integrity intact.
Bridal Cove is part of the New River Headwaters region, one of Southern Appalachia's prized natural jewels. A priority area for The Nature Conservancy since 1997, the region’s rivers, forests and meadows are rich with biodiversity and unique geologic features. Thanks to the work of many organizations almost 8,000 acres are now in conservation ownership. As a result, each Bridal Cove home site brings you spectacular mountain views that will be protected forever.
